As a Retail Team Member, Salad and Sandwich Maker, you will prepare and assemble fresh salads, plate soups, and sandwiches – no fast-food assembly line, just real ingredients and great food.
As a Salad and Sandwich Maker at Panera, Your Role Includes:

<li>Be informed about the priorities of the day.</li>
<li>Keep a positive attitude while facing each task, even the tough ones, and adapt to changes as they arise.</li>
<li>Timely complete cleaning and stocking duties – set the next shift up for success!</li>
<li>Assemble a wide range of menu items and meet speed and accuracy goals by ensuring every order is made quickly, correctly and consistently.</li>
<li>Make sure every guest has a great experience by delivering warm, friendly service every time.</li>

This Opportunity Is for You If:

<li>Minimum age: 16 years of age.</li>
<li>Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training. (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law).</li>

<li>Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.</li>

Please note that this clinic does not yet exist and would be a start-up location.

Compensation Structure:
Clinic Director Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000* + competitive annual bonus plan + true equity ownership in the clinic (more skin in the game!)
