About This Position Boston Nature Center is seeking individuals to foster experiential nature-based learning for campers. We aim to promote positive youth development, stewardship for the environment, and a respectful and inclusive safe space for all our campers. Participants in the Counselor in Training (CIT) program are teenagers. 
Duties &amp; Responsibilities

<li>Work with the weekly camp schedule to integrate the CITs into group programs</li>
<li>Design and deliver training to CITs; support CIT-led projects and evaluate each CIT during the week on their progress and provide feedback to them</li>

Work Schedule This position starts June 3rd, 2026. Camp staff training will be held from June 10th through June 19th, 2026. Camp runs from June 22nd through August 29th, 2026. Hours for this position starting June 10th are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Hours for this position starting June 22nd are either 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Compensation and Benefits This position’s pay range is $18.30-$21.00 per hour; actual pay will be determined based on experience level, qualifications relative to position requirements, and location of the position. This is not a benefits eligible position.

Duties and responsibilities

Under the direction of the Education Center Director, the lead teacher is responsible for maintaining a warm, healthy environment to promote the total growth and well-being of the children in the program. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Position Summary: This position is responsible for initial member assessments, reassessments, and ongoing case management of Senior Care Options (SCO) and One Care members in compliance with regulatory and agency guidelines. 
Principal Accountabilities:

<li>Ensures that initial assessments for all members are conducted on a timely basis:

<li>Conducts a comprehensive evaluation to determine the full scope of members’ needs. Develops appropriate and cost effective service plans, consistent with member’s choice. Partners with SCO/One Care organizations and vendors to implement service plan.</li>

<li>Manages cases on an ongoing basis:

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related discipline. 
Experience: Two years working with disabled population and/or elders in need of supports and services.

The specific pay rate/salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by several factors including experience, education, specialized certifications from OEMs, and where the job is located. 

An Estimator is responsible for owning the full estimates and repair process post-vehicle teardown and ensuring quality repairs are provided promptly.  This position requires teammates to have a proven track record of high performance, possess an advanced level of technical knowledge regarding collision repair estimates, be able to communicate detailed repair processes to Body Technicians, and be familiar with major insurance carrier procedures and requirements. 
Job Requirements:
