About the Role: 
The Business Systems Analyst serves as a subject matter expert to define both business and software solutions to meet the needs of our Clients and Internal Product Managers. This role focuses on projects that pertain to the underwriting related functionality of the Loan Originations System product. The role includes many diverse responsibilities ranging from initial analysis of both External and Internal Client needs through the delivery of the software solution. The Business Analyst is responsible for capturing project requirements, designing comprehensive solutions and ensuring that the end deliverables satisfy the Client’s objectives and expectations. 

The Business Analyst works closely with other members of the project team to include supporting the Development and Quality Assurance Teams inclusive of supporting activities through the deployment of the project. The Business Analyst also works closely with the Client to provide education as it relates to the Lease and Loan underwriting transactions.  The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can apply their direct and indirect lending skills as it relates to the Loan Origination System. 

The Business Analyst should have strong experience in direct lending, indirect auto finance, and auto leasing to support the evolution of our Loan Origination System (LOS). The platform currently supports indirect auto lending and leasing, and we are expanding its capabilities to include a full suite of direct lending and leasing products, such as:

Along with the DCH Program Director and other aquatic leadership, the Aquatics Director coordinates and supervises all aspects of the DCH Summer Aquatics program and seasonal pool. The pool operates from June 6th to August 30. The Aquatics Director is required to work until at least August 22nd to comply with BOH regulations for our Summer Camp Program.
Essential Job Functions:

<li>Daily chemical testing as required by the State of Massachusetts and BOH.</li>

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lifeguard is responsible for the safety of all swimmers in and around the aquatics area. This requires the guard to prevent accidents, actively scan, and respond to incidents, accidents, and emergencies quickly and effectively.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
<ul>
<li>Be rescue ready. Wear rescue tube, bathing suit, guard shirt, whistle, and personal protective equipment at all times.</li>
<li>Maintain constant surveillance of the pool area. Actively scan your assigned zone every 10 seconds from bottom to top. </li>
<li>Respond to any situation/emergency within 10 seconds based on your training/certification and the emergency procedures established by the YMCA.</li>
<li>Choose your position based on glare, pool activity, swimmers’ abilities, and zone size. Be positioned so that you can best see all areas of your zone and respond to any distressed swimmer or emergency within 10 seconds. Guards may not be positioned next to each other.</li>
<li>Rotate your position regularly. Check your zone and the pool area for hazards or dangerous conditions before assuming responsibility of a zone or the pool.</li>
<li>Assist with ancillary duties, such as chemical testing, swim testing, cleaning, organizing the deck/equipment, checking first aid supplies, and other duties as assigned by the Aquatics Director during down times when no one is in the pool. Avoid performing ancillary duties while actively scanning.</li>
<li>Know, understand and consistently enforce all rules and policies using the Q-1-2 enforcement method. Be firm, fair, and polite when explaining rules and policies to members. Swim test &amp; mark participants based on YMCA guidelines.</li>
<li>Follow all policies and procedures as established in the Aquatics Staff Manual.</li>
<li>Attend monthly in-service trainings. Attend other staff meetings as required.</li>
<li>Complete incident/accident reports following any incident/accident and submit to supervisor before the end of the shift. Notifies Aquatics Director of any issues.</li>
<li>Find coverage for any shifts you are unable to work. Communicate your coverage with the Aquatics Director. </li>
<li>Follow the pool schedule. Make sure the pool set up reflects the number of lanes available based on the current pool schedule.</li>
<li>NEVER LEAVE THE POOL UNATTENDED!</li>
<li>NO CELL PHONES ON THE POOL DECK WHILE YOU’RE IN A GUARD SHIRT!</li>

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

<li>Ability to hear noises and distress signals in the aquatic environment, including in the water and anywhere around the zone of responsibility. Have a minimum hearing threshold of no more than an average of a 25-decibel loss in both ears over a range of frequencies (500-3000Hz). Candidates who use hearing aids or other corrective devices for hearing should be able to perform all rescue skills and emergency procedures without interruptions to adjust, retrieve, or install/attach hearing aid.</li>
<li>Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks necessary for a water rescue, including lifting a victim from the bottom of the pool and extracting them from the pool without assistance.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate verbally, including projecting voice across distance in normal and loud situations.</li>

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/TRAINING:

We are looking for a Recovery Behavioral Health Technician who will work closely with clients to determine their rehabilitation needs and to provide individualized treatment by providing structured as well as holistic healing. Supports clients with foundational well-being that develops the skills needed to overcome, heal &amp; grow to sustain long-term sobriety. 
 
The Recovery Behavioral Health Technician acts as a representative of Epiphany Wellness. BHT’s observe all client activity and maintain visible presence of the clients at all times. BHT’s maintain excellent reporting skills on client whereabouts, any and all issues that arise and basic needs while on shift. BHT’s are responsible for making sure clients are attending their clinical hours and getting the help they need to obtain long-term sobriety.

What will your day look like? You will:

Client safety is Epiphany’s top priority. BHT’s performs this by maintaining a safe therapeutic environment for clients at all times.

Maintain daily/weekly structure and schedule for clients as outlined in client schedule.

<li>
Observation of client medication that is considered a controlled substance
</li>
<li>
Ensure clients are filling out self-observation sheets for medication.

Completing rounds at the beginning, throughout, and at the end of shift. When clients are placed on Q30 rounds, completing them accordingly with appropriate documentation

<li>
Overnight is responsible for hourly rounds unless otherwise specified for high-risk clients; all rounds documented in BHT chat

Transporting clients to and from appointments, clinical services, employment if applicable, and other outside activities. Ensuring Epiphany’s driving policy is being followed, and if an accident occurs, accident policy is followed

Performing Urinalysis as assigned, reading urinalysis results on a 12-panel and reporting and recording appropriate documentation as well as communicating to appropriate supervisor.

Performing breathalyzers on clients as assigned. Reporting any results over 0.00 to on call supervisor

Reporting and completing shift notes for each shift

Following chain of command at all times. Being aware of when and how to report any issues on shift, including but not limited to facilities, clients, and other staff

Building positive relationships with clients and staff

Utilizing BHT chat when on shift for communication with other staff and supervisor
