Job Summary:
The Health Center LPN is responsible to the Practice Manager and works under the daily direction and clinical orders of the provider staff. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

The Ophthalmic Technician performs a range of duties which includes preparing the patient to see Attending Physician (preliminary exam, medical history, &amp; testing), preparation of examination and treatment rooms, performing basic and routine vision screening examinations, administering eye medications, cleaning and maintaining ophthalmic instruments and assisting physicians during minor surgical and laser procedures.

Summary Description:
BB&amp;N is seeking a Sailing Coach. This is a part-time position that is not eligible for employee benefits during the spring season. Responsibilities include all aspects of team organization, including practice planning and administrative tasks. The sailing coach will coach and teach a variety of skill levels, from beginners to more experienced racers, managing safety, and performing some equipment upkeep. The BB&amp;N Athletic Department expects its coaches to operate within the athletic philosophy of BB&amp;N and adhere to the BB&amp;N coaches’ manual as well as the Independent School League (ISL), New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (NEPSAC), and New England Schools Sailing Association (NESSA) rules and guidelines.

Job DescriptionLeague School for Autism is an award-winning, year-round program dedicated to the education of children on the autism spectrum. Our team approach to education creates a collaborative, supportive and open environment within our community. We are currently seeking a MIDDLE SCHOOL HEAD TEACHER, MODERATE SPECIAL NEEDS for our program in Walpole. Annual salary range is $68,000 to $78,000 depending on degree, license, and certification status. Candidates with required teaching certification at the time of offer will be eligible for a $5,000 signing bonus to be paid out within 6 months of hire. League School will help obtain required licensure for qualified candidates. 
The program educates students with autism and related social communication challenges. The curriculum is based on the MA Curriculum Frameworks/Common Core Standards and modified to meet student needs. All classrooms are designed around student age, grade level and social communication needs, and are no larger than 8 students per classroom. 

Position Requirements:

<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education with current MA license in MODERATE Special Needs, and experience with Autistic Individuals preferred. Proof of MA DESE licensure required but will help obtain licensure if needed.</li>

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

<li>Collaborates with team to develop Individual Education Programs within the classroom/school and community settings. Utilizes internet-based ESPED program in conjunction with team to write IEPs.</li>
<li>Collaborates in the development of behavioral intervention plans, sensory diets, social pragmatic programming, and daily living-skill techniques for individual students as part of multidisciplinary team.</li>
<li>Collects and records data regarding student performance in all skill areas as directed by team, Education Coordinator, and/or Director of Clinical Services. Analyzes data to measure student progress throughout the year.</li>
<li>Consistently implements, or monitors implementation of, all components of treatment programs, including all accommodations and services outlined in students’ IEPs and BIPs.</li>
<li>Develops a therapeutic and effective relationship with students: uses appropriate voice modulation, sets reasonable boundaries with communication and actions, etc.</li>
<li>Implements individual and group behavior programs: positive reinforcement, breaks, time outs, etc., as designed by Behavior Specialists and the team.</li>
<li>Provides curriculum content based on the Massachusetts Frameworks to implement each student’s goals and objectives, as written in his/her Individual Education Program. Records curriculum implemented on Curriculum Mapper program.</li>
<li>Attends and facilitates classroom team meetings and classroom conferences.</li>
<li>Attends annual IEP reviews, 3-year re-evaluations, supervision, staff meetings, intake meetings, and other meetings as directed by Program Leader or administrators. </li>
<li>Completes formal assessments and necessary data collection to track student progress.</li>
<li>Completes written reports: Quarterly Progress Reports, Individual Education Programs, Re-evaluation Reports, and assessment materials deemed necessary by the team and clinical department.</li>
<li>Has lesson plans prepared and ready for review that are appropriate for all students in the classroom.</li>
<li>Develops and executes a classroom and school schedule that provides structure, consistency, predictability.</li>
<li>Completes all necessary MCAS assessment requirements for students in his/her classroom.</li>

The goal is to create a welcoming, empowering, and dignified medical home for those we serve. Our team-based approach provides care in our newly renovated clinic located at 199 Chandler Street as well as various outreach clinics within the City of Worcester. In addition to medical and behavior health services, patients can access case management, recovery coaches, and Office Based Assisted Treatment (OBAT) for substance-use disorder. 
Job Description: 
The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive, cost effective health care to adults which includes assessment, diagnosis, and treatment according to the standards of advanced nursing practice.  
 
Educational Requirements: 
Graduate of an ANA accredited Nurse Practitioner program. 
Master’s Degree in Nursing required.
Experience Required: 
Minimum of two years of relevant experience preferred as a Nurse Practitioner preferred with demonstrated ability to work independently.
