Elwyn Adult Behavioral Health Services is hiring for a Licensed Addiction Specialist to provide addictions rehabilitation, individual/group counseling and staff resource education in a therapeutic setting to assist adult individuals with a primary diagnosis of mental illness and co-occurring addiction disorders to achieve social, economic, emotional, and personal independence on their pathways to Recovery.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Works as part of the Integrated Team in ensuring the individual’s care is coordinated with MA Behavioral Health Community Partners, One Care and DMH Case Managers to facility optimum service delivery.</li>
<li>Integrate PRISMModel® FOR THE EFFECTIVE TREATMENT OF SERIOUS AND PERSISTENT MENTAL ILLNESS into daily clinical approaches/interventions.</li>
<li>Completes Substance Abuse Assessments for all individuals, as indicated.</li>

The Range Inspector II is responsible for live fire function testing a variety of weapons built at SIG. The Range Inspector II works both independently and in a team environment with internal team members.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Live fire function test a variety of firearms for accuracy requirements at ranges from 10 meters to 100 meters.</li>
<li>Perform all levels of inspection and auditing including but not limited to Commercial, World, and LE.</li>

Position Summary
The Associate Director of Field Marketing will play a critical role in shaping and executing Upstream's national marketing strategy to drive organizational growth and increase brand awareness, credibility, and trust among healthcare organizations. Reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing, this leader will oversee regional and field marketing efforts that directly support business development and partnership expansion. Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Ability

<li>6-8+ years of experience in marketing, communications or a related field; prior experience with B2B marketing and/or the healthcare sector strongly preferred</li>
<li>1-2+ years of experience leading, supervising or mentoring staff; effective and supportive people leader with experience coaching team members, providing strategic direction, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.</li>
<li>Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive lead generation, deepen brand engagement, and support sales enablement.</li>
<li>Skilled at translating brand positioning and value propositions into compelling content and collateral tailored to diverse healthcare audiences.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the sales funnel with the ability to align marketing tactics to sales team needs, and pipeline and regional goals</li>

Travel Requirements
This role will require up to 10% of business travel.
