Position Summary:
Responsible for direct supervision of the player services operations in accordance with Company Internal Control Policies and Procedures, state and federal regulations, Bank Securities Act, Title 31 Rules and Regulations, and the Company’s Responsible Gaming Plan. Assists Player Services Manager in all aspects of operations, including personnel coverage and accountability.
Essential Responsibilities:

<li>Assists in management of regulatory and internal control procedure audits. Researches and documents any findings. Follows-up on corrective action and recommends policy as well as procedural changes to mitigate future deficiencies.</li>
<li>Understands department objectives, standards, guidelines and budget to achieve effective supervision of department; adjusts daily schedule according to business levels. Monitors credit granting and collection policies and procedures to ensure established guidelines comply with all internal and external regulatory directives and laws.</li>
<li>Maintains protection of extremely large amounts of currency, ensuring prevention of loss by providing extreme care and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Evaluates and prepares daily cash deposits and electronic check deposits.</li>
<li>Ensures procedures and proper controls are strictly enforced to protect assets.</li>
<li>Monitors and evaluates overall Company activities in relation to departmental operations to ensure integration of Company needs with the services rendered through credit and collections.</li>
<li>Reviews compliance with relevant gaming regulations to ensure that the department is operating within these parameters, as well as Company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Works with customer relations issues that are beyond the authority of staff in order to resolve situations in an equitable manner.</li>
<li>Monitors and evaluates the activities of Player Services Representatives to ensure achievement of financial, policy and regulatory objectives.</li>
<li>Approves permanent check-cashing limits of guests within designated limits and according to criteria in order to allow qualified customers to have convenient access to funds, with the objective of encouraging greater gaming activities.</li>
<li>Responsible for communication within the department ensuring information is shared with team members.</li>
<li>Maintains contact with Security and Surveillance Agents and the bank to locate variances and ensure proper handling of monies.</li>
<li>Resolves problems that are within the position's scope of authority and recommends courses of action to resolve problems that are beyond the scope of authority to the position supervisor.</li>
<li>Monitors the day-to-day activities of the department(s) as subject to established Company policies.</li>
<li>Keeps position supervisor informed of relevant activities.</li>
<li>Attend required training sessions offered by the Company.</li>
<li>Take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.</li>
<li>Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member’s department.</li>
<li>Have knowledge of the Property’s programs to address problem gaming.</li>
<li>Report any acts of wrongdoing of which the Team Member may have knowledge.</li>
<li>Manage subordinates who may supervise employees. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the unit(s).</li>

Position Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED, and two to five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in high volume cash operations.</li>
<li>Must have a professional demeanor and be able to communicate well with the public. Must be able to work in an intense and fast paced environment where a high degree of concentration is necessary to perform job duties.</li>
<li>Must be able to formulate and communicate ideas and to make independent decisions.</li>
<li>Strong oral and written skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Proficient in using the Ten Key Adding Machine.</li>

Job Summary As a Delivery Assurance Specialist (DAS), you will be working as a vital link between the Prime Aerospace customers and their supplier base to improve delivery performance by tracking, validating, expediting and reporting real time part delivery status. Applicants must have solid manufacturing experience with focus on root cause analysis and effective interpersonal communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships.
Responsibilities and Duties
<ul>
<li>Track the flow of critical/hot parts through the suppliers manufacturing shop from the raw material phase, through manufacturing, quality, shipping and delivery to the customer.</li>
<li>Proactively work with the supplier to monitor all parts to support On-time deliveries to our aerospace customers</li>
<li>Drive actions to mitigate potential delivery delays by identifying risks, performing root cause analysis and development of recovery plans to bring shipments back in-line with customer requirements</li>
<li>Create daily status reports and communicate actions and plans to all stakeholders with our customers, prime aerospace manufacturers throughout the day</li>
<li>Monitor production operations and identify manufacturing process improvement opportunities</li>
<li>Prepare presentations and lead meetings</li>

Qualifications and Skills
<ul>
<li>Manufacturing Experience – 5-10 years, preferably in Machine Shop/Sheet Metal</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in supply chain management, production control, procurement, business, quality assurance or related field (preferred qualification)</li>
<li>Experience working on process improvement teams or possess Six Sigma certification (preferred)</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (2010 Excel basic skills required)</li>

Store Operations:
