This position requires the ability to communicate with children, exchange students, front and back of house staff, directors, managers, counselors, leaders, specialists, and diners professionally and effectively. A keen sense of urgency is a must for this position, and you must be able to answer all Service &amp; Culinary related questions, in accordance with Wolfoods Standards of Service Guidelines.
The lead staff will manage all aspects of the food service operation to deliver high levels of camp diner satisfaction, compliance with camp standards, controlling the budget, and training staff on service standards. The position will be the primary contact liaison between the camp and the kitchen and will therefore attend all relevant meetings and events, manage payroll, control the flow of special requests, and avail themselves to any concern as expressed by camp leadership. Ensure compliance with all performance requirements, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs). 2. Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate with the BIM PMO, Task Order Representatives at individual bases, and external agencies. Facilitate Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings,&nbsp;Program&nbsp;Management&nbsp;Reviews (PMR), and other necessary meetings. Ensure effective communication and coordination with subcontractors and other contractors. 3. Risk&nbsp;Management: Identify, track, and mitigate&nbsp;project&nbsp;risks related to cost, schedule, and performance. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Report&nbsp;program&nbsp;risks and mitigation strategies in the Monthly Status Report (MSR). 4. Personnel&nbsp;Management: Oversee the recruitment, training, and&nbsp;management&nbsp;of all personnel assigned to the contract. Ensure all personnel meet the qualification requirements specified in the contract. Maintain a roster of qualified personnel and ensure timely updates. 5. Technical Oversight: Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of modernized network infrastructure. Ensure all technical solutions meet the performance thresholds outlined in the Task Orders. Coordinate with lead engineers to ensure the technical fidelity of the&nbsp;project. &nbsp;
6. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all security requirements, including classified and unclassified data handling. Develop and maintain a Quality Control&nbsp;Program&nbsp;(QCP) to ensure services are performed in accordance with the Task Order PWS. Provide regular status reports, including corrective action plans and issue&nbsp;management. 7. Travel: Manage&nbsp;and coordinate travel arrangements for personnel as required by the Task Orders. Ensure compliance with travel cost regulations and obtain necessary approvals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, preferably in a government contracting environment. Experience with network infrastructure modernization projects is highly desirable.
3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required. ITIL certification preferred.
4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Security Clearance: Must hold at least a Secret security clearance.
5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Technical Skills:
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong understanding of network design, architecture, and implementation.
