Job Summary: 
 
Experienced Traveling Retail Superintendents to manage Big-Box remodel projects nationwide. The Retail Superintendent is responsible for the entire construction project from mobilization to completion, by providing the knowledge, skills, and experience to run day-to-day operations on the job site. The Project Superintendents' top priority is field coordination, working closely with the Subcontractor(s) to ensure that they are always focused on quality and workmanship that exceeds industry standards. The Project Superintendent must ensure that the work is carried out safely, correctly, within budget, and on schedule. 
 
The ideal candidate will have previously managed successful remodeling projects within the big-box retail setting - Target, Best Buy, Kohls, etc. The ability to manage both the general construction trades, as well as experience with fixture installation is required.

Primary Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Participates in the preparation of major water system operations plan, including work sequencing, scheduling and cost estimating, and assists in assembling work order packages.</li>
<li>Carries out written work and operation plans for each water system operations plan.</li>
<li>Prepares daily and weekly job status and time utilization reports to track execution of written work plan. Details include, but are not limited to, crew time productivity, material utilization and costs, equipment utilization and costs, valve data collection information, and valve identification information.</li>

<li>Supervises work crew in the exercising, maintenance, repair or alteration of air valves, mainline valves, blow offs, and control valves, and conduct water quality tests within the water system of the MWRA.</li>
<li>Supervises and assists pipe laying and valve installation crews in cutting and laying of pipe, caulking of joints in new construction or repair of water lines within the MWRA system.</li>
<li>Supervises and assists in the installation of taps up to 2" on live and dry mains up to 60" in diameter using the Mueller B-100 and D-5 tapping machines, or equivalent.</li>
<li>Supervises and assists in the installation of insertion valves up to 24" in size on MWRA pipelines.</li>
<li>Supervises and assists in the maintenance of the control valves within the water system including Pressure Reducing Valves, Flow Control Valves, Surge Anticipator Valves, Pressure Sustaining and other head breaking devices etc.</li>
<li>Supervises and assists in the installation of valves including the site preparation and restoration.</li>
<li>Supervises and assists in the replacement of parts such as pinion gears, actuators, gearboxes, stuffing box glands, cleaning, oiling and greasing of related parts.</li>
<li>Supervises and assists in the repair and replacement of manual and automatic air valves.</li>
<li>Drafts clear sketches and drawings of work to be performed and final sketches once work has been completed.</li>
<li>Ensures that assigned staff are working in accordance with Authority and Department safety policies and procedures such as Confined Space Entry, Excavation and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) requirements.</li>

How you make a difference
The Psychiatric Services Director provides comprehensive psychiatric care to patients and ensures compliance with all legal and professional standards. They oversee and supervise the psychiatric team, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and trainees. The role involves timely evaluations, treatment, documentation, and monitoring of patients, especially those prescribed psychotropic medications. The Director coordinates with medical, mental health, and administrative staff to ensure effective care delivery and uniformity of services. They also provide consultation, training, and on-call psychiatric support while assisting with patient transfers and higher-level care needs.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>

Provide and document psychiatric evaluations, treatments, and patient consent in accordance with professional and institutional standards.
</li>
<li>
Supervise psychiatric staff, trainees, and advanced practice providers while coordinating care with medical and mental health leadership.
</li>
<li>
Monitor patients on psychotropic medications, manage side effects, and ensure follow-up evaluations at least every 90 days.
</li>
<li>
Facilitate patient transfers, higher-level care arrangements, and civil commitments when necessary.
</li>
<li>
Provide consultation, training, and on-call psychiatric services while approving medication use and ensuring compliance with formulary guidelines.
</li>

Qualifications &amp; Requirements
EDUCATION
<ul>

Medical Doctor (MD) or Osteopathic Doctor (DO) from an accredited university
</li>
</ul>
EXPERIENCE
<ul>
<li>
Experience in treating psychiatric disorders
</li>
<li>
Experience in acute care and/or institutional setting preferred
</li>
<li>
Skilled in organization, supervision, and state-of-the-art treatment interventions
</li>
</ul>
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>
Licensed or licensable in the state of employment
</li>
<li>
Board certification in Psychiatry and Neurology is preferred
</li>
<li>
CPR Certified
</li>
