Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations within a food production environment. This role is responsible for achieving production targets while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, efficiency, and employee development.
 This position requires a hands-on, lead-by-example leader—someone who is willing to be present on the production floor, actively demonstrate best practices, and work directly alongside employees and supervisors to drive consistency, accountability, and success. Responsibilities

Job Overview: New West Project Managers are responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a project from preconstruction to close out and warranty.
