<li>Execute all day-of operations for the wedding, which includes being at the venue from the very beginning of the morning through tear down at the end of the night</li>
<li>Greet and direct all vendors</li>
<li>Communicate with all vendors regarding set ups</li>
<li>Set up of seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, guest book and other decor</li>
<li>Assist the wedding party and family with any needs, questions or concerns</li>
<li>Ensure end of event arrangements are made for gifts, guest book, toasting flutes, etc.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Ability to work weekends is essential</li>
<li>Must have 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner</li>
<li>Must have strong communication skills and be detail oriented</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation</li>
<li>Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs.</li>
