We are looking for a compassionate and experienced art therapist to utilize art and psychotherapeutic techniques to help pediatric patients and their families improve their physical, cognitive, and emotional wellbeing. The art therapist’s responsibilities include evaluating patients’ reactions and behaviors during art therapy sessions, attending Interdisciplinary team meetings, and ensuring that art supplies and equipment are adequately stocked. 
The Pediatric Palliative Care Network (PPCN) is designed to meet the needs of children with life limiting illnesses and their families in the Plymouth, Norfolk and Bristol county service areas.
This is a 12-hour per week position with flexible hours. 
Responsibilities include:

<li>Travel to patient homes to plan, organize, and direct medically prescribed art activities. </li>
<li>Conduct art therapy sessions with patients/families using various types of visual art, including drawing, sculpting, painting, ceramics, clay modeling, pretend play, guided imagery, progressive relaxation, and mindfulness </li>
<li>Discuss patients’ artworks with them to evaluate the meaning and emotions behind the artworks.</li>
<li>Develop personalized treatment plans for patients and/or siblings based on their needs, objectives, and preferred forms of artistic expression.</li>
<li>Teach patients coping skills and strategies to enable them to deal with challenging and traumatic experiences.</li>
<li>Conduct group or family art therapy sessions as needed.</li>
<li>Document patient activity and progress in EMR</li>
<li>Consult with parents to discuss their child’s medical histories and identify the problems or conditions they wish to overcome.</li>
<li>Understand the dying process and manage the emotional impact of working with the dying and bereaved.</li>
<li>Communicate regularly with the Pedi Pal Program Manager to feedback progress or concerns regarding any aspect of clinical work and to structure workload appropriately. </li>
<li>Participate in weekly IDT meetings and report on managing the goals of care for patient and family.</li>
<li>Clinical expertise and competency in the practice of standard precautions and Agency infection control practices</li>
<li>Help bring quality of life to our Pedi-Pal Patients</li>
<li>Have a strong understanding of conditions, causes and treatments of a variety of disorders.</li>
<li>Proficiency with computers, Zoom and healthcare databases.</li>
</ul>

<li>Verbal and written communication skills needed to communicate clearly, effectively, and patiently on the phone and in email/text messages.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Therapist must confirm appointment with families within a 24-hour period. If family cancels after confirmation is made, therapist may bill $50.00 for a missed visit.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

<li>Experience working with children as an Art Therapist</li>
<li>Master's degree in art therapy or counseling with additional coursework in art therapy</li>
<li>Certified by the art therapy credentials board (ATCB).</li>
<li>Appropriate state licensure</li>

About the Role
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for accurate receiving, storing, picking, shipping, and loading of products to meet company standards of accuracy, attention to detail, sanitation, safety, security, and productivity.

 
What You’ll Do

Job Description:
Abby Kelley Public Charter School is seeking a highly motivated and self-directed technical support professional with superior problem-solving, communication, customer service, technical, organizational, and leadership skills to join the district team and assist and support teachers, students, staff, administrators, and parents.
This is a demanding position in a complex, dynamic, and fast-moving team environment. The successful candidate must be able to function autonomously and as part of a team as they plan their projects, manage their time, and organize and complete their tasks in a way that maximizes effectiveness and efficiency. This includes maintaining an ongoing action plan for their projects, quickly and effectively handling service requests, and maintaining a schedule that includes a physical presence that is aligned with the schools and staff being served. They must be able to shift priorities as situations and problems dictate and escalate problems when appropriate to expedite resolution. They must balance multiple requests and projects by setting and adjusting workload priorities on the fly and consistently delivering results in a timely manner. They must be proactive in their partnership with their customers by identifying issues and anticipating needs so that they may head off potential problems and bring new and innovative solutions to their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Administration: Lead the technical administration of all district databases and related information systems, including student and staff data synchronization.
</li>

Data Management: Manage account creation, maintenance, reporting, and improvements to data synchronization between SIS (PowerSchool) and third-party databases (e.g., call alerting software, teacher evaluation systems, state reporting, educational learning platforms, school nurse systems, and food service systems).
</li>
<li>
Process Automation: Automate processes and reduce manual import/export tasks to ensure seamless communication between information systems (e.g., Active Directory, Google Workspaces, PowerSchool, Clever).
</li>
<li>
Security and Compliance: Document and implement security procedures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with district policies.
</li>
<li>
End-User Support: Provide end-user support and training for SIS systems, including PowerSchool, ensuring proper usage and troubleshooting issues.
</li>
<li>
Professional Development: Organize and lead professional development sessions for staff to ensure SIS is used according to best practices.
</li>
<li>
Training Materials: Create FAQs, guides, and training materials to support staff in using the SIS efficiently.
</li>
<li>
Data Accuracy: Periodically evaluate SIS data and follow up with data owners to ensure accurate usage and data integrity.
</li>
<li>
Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SIS data entry, reporting, and integrations.
</li>
<li>
Database Maintenance: Perform scheduled database maintenance, including backups, performance optimization, and disaster recovery planning.

System Performance: Monitor and analyze logs, records, and network configurations to improve system performance and reliability.
</li>
<li>
Documentation: Maintain and update IT documentation related to database structures, processes, and security policies.

Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Technology.

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
</li>
<li>
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in database administration, SIS management, or IT support with a focus on data management.
</li>
<li>
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of PowerSchool or similar SIS platforms, with a strong understanding of relational database architecture and management utilities (e.g., data import/export, backups, optimization, APIs, and synchronization).
</li>
<li>
Problem-Solving Skills: High level of technical proficiency and aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
</li>
<li>
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in spreadsheet software and database management tools.
</li>
<li>
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

<li>
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with a team and provide technical support to non-technical users.

Technical Support: Experience with Windows and Chrome OS support environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Job Summary:
The Home Health Nurse plans, organizes and directs home care and hospice services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The Home Health Nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities: 
A. PATIENT CARE
<ul>
<li>Completes an initial assessment of patient and family to determine home care needs. Provides a complete physical assessment and history of current and previous illness(es).</li>
<li>Regularly re-evaluates patient nursing needs.</li>
<li>Initiates the plan of care and makes necessary revisions as patient status and needs change.</li>
<li>Uses health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.</li>
<li>Develops a care plan, which establishes goals based on nursing diagnosis and incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions. Includes the patient and the family in the planning process.</li>
<li>Initiates appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Provides direct patient care as defined in the State Nurse Practice Act.</li>
<li>Counsels the patient and family in meeting nursing and related needs.</li>
<li>Provides health care instructions to the patient as appropriate per assessment and plan of care.</li>
<li>Identifies discharge planning needs as part of the care plan development and implements prior to discharge of the patient.</li>

B. COMMUNICATION
