The Route Sales Delivery Driver’s primary responsibilities are to provide premium customer service within a designated territory (residential, commercial, and retail), accelerate growth and revenue, and work safely.&nbsp; This role is highly interactive, has a strong sales and service focus, and requires the ability to safely operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV).&nbsp;

- Use a business owner’s mindset to drive growth, identify and open new accounts, particularly in the UDS (up-and-down-the-street) channel including convenience stores, small independent groceries, bodegas, etc. in order to build route density and increase individual commission opportunities&nbsp; - Fully develop new and existing accounts by selling our full portfolio of products inside and outside of normal working hours&nbsp; - Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines set forth by Primo Brands&nbsp; - Monitor the competitive environment to understand and leverage sales opportunities&nbsp; - Upsell additional products and services to existing customers and achieve monthly customer acquisition goals&nbsp;

· High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
· Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions)
· Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and can assist you with obtaining your Class B CDL where available.

· Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather
· Ability to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings
· Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs., using product handling tools as appropriate, with or without a reasonable accommodation

<li>Checks the supplies in the department on a daily basis and communicates low stock levels</li>
<li>Initiates life support measures, if necessary. Possesses a workable knowledge of the "Code Blue" protocol. Possesses a workable knowledge of the "Nurse Call" system. Knows where the code cart and other emergency supplies are kept. Demonstrates knowledge and skills required to perform processes involved in the delivery of age-appropriate care. Provides care appropriate to the patient population served</li>
<li>Provides radiographic diagnostic services by operating the C-arm and other equipment/devices as necessary. Evaluates scouts and spot imaging for technical quality and positioning. Troubleshoots and problem solves certain factors before calling service. Produces quality imaging to aid doctor in pain procedures and conforms to department standards</li>

Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Completion of a two-year program with accredited school of Radiologic Technology with an Associate Degree or Certificate</li>
<li>Valid license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts's a registered Radiology Technology</li>
<li>In good standing with the ASRT and ARRT</li>
<li>Knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.</li>
<li>Proven excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualification:
<ul>
<li>Current CPR certification</li>
<li>EMR experience (EPIC)</li>
<li>Orthopedics experience</li>
</ul>

The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
