PART-TIME | SEASONAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE SUMMARY The Jay Peak IT department is looking for an energetic, outgoing individual to join our team as an IT Technician level 1. This is a part-time, seasonal position with the possibility of becoming full time in the future. Hours are flexible but Sunday availability is a must. This is an entry level position. We are looking for someone with 6-12 months of experience or relevant education/training in the IT field.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)

<li>First responder to guest and end user questions and issues while on duty.</li>
<li>Monitor, respond and solve help desk tickets. Escalate issues to next level as necessary</li>
<li>Work with other departments as necessary (maintenance, security, electrical, etc) as necessary to see repairs through to the end. This might include replacing TV's, salto locks, digital signs, etc.</li>
<li>Build and deploy Windows laptops and desktops.</li>
<li>Software installations to include MS Office, Agilysys, Siriusware and any other approved software</li>
<li>Maintain inventory documentation as hardware is deployed or retired.</li>
<li>Maintain supplies, tools, and equipment inventory.</li>
<li>Take direction from management in terms of deployments, installations or other relevant areas.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned, which could be directly related, or unrelated to the original position.</li>

 COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS: This full-time position offers an hourly rate of pay of $21.23&nbsp;and comprehensive benefits, including paid time off; employer-sponsored health, dental, life, and disability insurances; and a 403(b) retirement plan with a generous employer match. Dahl House—a unique therapeutic farm-based recovery home designed for individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. <li>Support Daily Routines: Oversee and guide residents through their structured schedules and recovery-oriented activities—both indoors and outdoors, year-round.</li>
<li>Medication Oversight: Monitor resident medications, track intake and disposal, and maintain accurate records for compliance and safety.</li>
<li>Facilitate Recovery Groups: Lead therapeutic groups using established curricula and document participation and progress as part of each resident’s individualized plan.</li>
<li>Conduct Headcounts &amp; Wellness Checks: Ensure resident safety with routine checks throughout the house and outbuildings, maintaining a supportive and secure environment.</li>
<li>Maintain Clear Communication: Document shift notes, incident reports, and resident updates. Participate in staff handoffs and meetings to support continuity of care.</li>
<li>Transport Residents as Needed: Accompany individuals to appointments, community commitments, or court appearances as part of their recovery journey.</li>
<li>Ensure Resident &amp; Facility Safety: Monitor living areas and common spaces to maintain a safe, clean, and recovery-conducive environment.</li>
<li>Uphold Confidentiality &amp; Ethics: Follow all agency policies and state regulations concerning client privacy and mandated reporting.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring to the Role
<ul>
<li>Experience in Recovery Support: Experience working in a residential treatment or recovery-focused setting preferred. CADC/LADC certification is a plus.</li>
<li>Compassion &amp; Professionalism: You are supportive and nonjudgmental, with a strong sense of personal and professional ethics.</li>
<li>Strong Communication Skills: Able to build trust and rapport while maintaining healthy boundaries and accountability.</li>
<li>Tech Skills: Comfortable with documentation, Microsoft Office, and electronic record systems.</li>
<li>Valid Driver’s License: Required for transporting residents.</li>
<li>Lived Experience (if applicable): Individuals in recovery must have at least one year of continuous sobriety.</li>
<li>Team Player: Willing to participate in team meetings, in-service trainings, and collaborative support for all residents.</li>
