<li>Demonstrates experience in a new product development environment, with knowledge spanning embedded software, complex mechanical systems, and electronics.</li>
<li>Proven ability to define, manage, and test requirements for performance and standards compliance.</li>
<li>Experience with testing and experimental methods, including the application of statistical techniques.</li>
<li>Demonstrates technical leadership skills and a collaborative mindset to effectively guide and influence cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Must be detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
