Come and join our Custom Welding team! We are looking for an experienced metal shop worker for full time immediate hire. Duties may include but not limited to: accepting material, using a forklift to offload material, hopping in to help our machinery operators when needed, general maintenance, clean up of shop &amp; machines, possible delivery runs in our company truck, just generally being a helpful and cheerful person willing to help as needed. On the job training and your already acquired knowledge will be used to complete all daily tasks. 20 minute paid break daily, 30 minutes daily for lunch unpaid.
Hourly wage will be offered at starting $18.00 per hour, 40 hours full time per week. Wage is negotiable and will be appropriate for your prior experience. We offer to pay half of our medical and dental coverage insurance after 30 full days, and offer matching contributions into a retirement account after 30 days. Job Summary
Join Flik Hospitality Group - a member of Compass Group USA as a Data Intelligence Analyst in Boston, MA. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with an exceptional team in a premier portfolio, driving data analytics trends to compete and succeed in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide monthly standardized reporting for various departments.</li>
<li>Deliver ad hoc reporting for various departments.</li>
<li>Maintain queries and data elements for detailed analyses.</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of analyses.</li>
<li>Collaborate with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members to achieve business goals.</li>
<li>Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.</li>
<li>Adhere strictly to established processes and reporting standards.</li>
<li>Resolve customer challenges related to analysis.</li>
<li>Improve process efficiencies and documentation.</li>
<li>Mentor and train team members, validating their work.</li>
<li>Identify and resolve data-related issues before financial implications.</li>
<li>Develop reporting and functionality that improves team efficiency.</li>
<li>Lead complex challenging priorities with ambitious timelines.</li>
<li>Learn and master new technologies.</li>
<li>Develop a working knowledge of team responsibilities across Data Intelligence.</li>
<li>Some travel is required for this role.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.</li>
<li>At least 5 years of data analytics experience.</li>
<li>Prior experience in the food service/hospitality industry is highly preferred.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience in data entry and analytics.</li>
<li>Proven ability to present trends to guide business decisions.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Experience with financial and trend analysis.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivots, lookups, and Power Query.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL is helpful.</li>
<li>Self-motivated to learn and master new concepts.</li>
<li>Understanding of data/reporting governance and integrity.</li>
<li>Strong presentation, organization, and follow-up skills.</li>
