Sandy beaches, wooded trails, cultural gardens, historic homes, community supported agriculture—there are many ways for visitors to discover and explore The Trustees, and just as many opportunities for seasonal employees to make each visitor’s experience special.
The Role:
As a Seasonal Assistant Beach Manager (SABM), you will serve as a leader and use your experience in customer service to help ensure every aspect of the public’s visit to Crane Beach is positive and enjoyable. You will report to the Property Business Manager and will also work closely with a Seasonal ABM during the peak summertime period. The ABM will oversee a large portion of the day-to-day operations at the beach and work collaboratively with other supervisory staff on the property, including the Property Business Manager and Public Safety Manager. In the summer season, the SABM will manage the beach gate and transport staff. 
Specifically, you’ll:

<li>Assist with seasonal staff training, monitoring delivery and coaching staff to sustain positive staff/guest interactions. Correct behaviors as necessary. </li>

Overview
The USS Constitution Museum is seeking a Facilities Manager to manage and maintain the facility. This is a full-time exempt, 5 day per week position typically including one weekend day. 
 
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the daily maintenance, safe operation, and ongoing care of the Museums facility, supporting staff, visitors, exhibitions, and collections. This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong collaboration with a variety of Museum teams, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and comfort working across a wide range of building systems and tools.
 
The Facilities Manager oversees building systems and contractors, assists with exhibit maintenance and installation, supports a museum-quality environment, and plays a key role in keeping the Museum functional, safe, and welcoming. Specifically, you will:

<li>Represent The Trustees in accordance with the messages developed and provided by the organization’s Engagement Department. </li>

<li>Efficient use of point-of-sale software for day-use visitor transactions. </li>

<li>Effectively and professionally manage visitor complaints. Accurately report incidents according to Trustees policy. Track visitation of members, residents &amp; visitors. </li>

<li>Report safety concerns, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Property Management. </li>

This is a seasonal, non-exempt position (20-25 hours per week) reporting directly to the Beach Operations Manager.

<li>Comfortable working in variable outdoor weather conditions. </li>
