<li>Service in Military Occupational Specialty related to law enforcement, security (such as Military Police, Elite Military Forces, combat arms) or any support role in a Combat Zone</li>
<li>Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian) or verified work experience in the law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighter field</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement or criminal justice related studies</li>
<li>A minimum of 8 or more years of service in any military branch</li>
<li>Associate’s degree (or 60 credits) or higher in law enforcement or criminal justice with current or prior active military service</li>

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a manufacturing and industrial environment.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related issues.</li>
<li>Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.</li>
<li>Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations and/or other site-specific actions.</li>
<li>Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal guidelines and client requirements.</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.</li>

Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li>
<li>Access control or badge experience is preferred.</li>
<li>CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.</li>
<li>Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.</li>
<li>Customer service experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
