Job Overview
We are looking for an Overnight Security Officer (11:30pm - 8:00am ET) to provide safety and security needs for our nine-acre campus in Brighton, MA. We have seven buildings and 215,000 square feet of space. The buildings include 127 veterans housing units, 25 single-room occupancies at Veteran Housing at Brighton Marine, leased offices, medical space, Brighton Marine corporate headquarters, and extensive grounds. The Security Officer will provide professional security and customer service for commercial and residential environments.
This Security Officer should have the following experience and knowledge, skills, and abilities:
· Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
· Ability to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain, snow, or heat. Ability to extensively patrol and climb stairs in normal and emergency situations.
· Reliable and flexible when asked to work additional shifts outside of normal working shifts. May be asked to work overtime to fit the needs of the department.
· Must be able to lift, carry, or move up to 30 pounds on a regular basis and 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
· Through appearance, performance, and service orientation, project a consistent image that complements Brighton Marine.
· High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
· Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology on site.

Security Officer responsibilities:
1. Patrols buildings and grounds to ensure safety and security. Includes scheduled tours via detox-activating wand to record progress.

5. Maintains parking and traffic control including directing traffic, operating security booth, ticketing unauthorized vehicles, and traffic foot patrols.
6. Monitors safety and security systems including closed circuit television (CCTV), Access System, Fire Alarm, Panic Alarm, and Key Alarms.
7. Authorizes and opens restricted areas for tenants and personnel in accordance with building rules and regulations.
8. Upon request and availability, provides walking escorts for tenants, patients, visitors, and employees from and to any location at Brighton Marine.
9. May be asked to perform basic janitorial duties.

Primary Responsibilities: •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Develops, integrates, and tests cyber products. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Researches, engineers, and integrates new security solutions. Performs cyber defense incident triage, including determining scope, urgency, and potential impact, identifying the specific vulnerability. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Builds strong relationships with Peers across functions through collaborative engineering operations and initiatives. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Designs and implements automated solutions to enable security needs. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Designs and develops system-security measures to ensure cybersecurity is fully integrated. Validates current and future-state architectural models to assess impact across all cybersecurity technology systems. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Develops enterprise tools and applications to manage access to enterprise data, systems and resources. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Analyzes security access risk gaps and recommends mitigating and compensating security controls.

Specialized Knowledge &amp; Skills Requirements •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Python programming with experience in audit/compliance •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Interest in and experience with data analysis. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;XSOAR experience desired.

Magnolia Heights, the premier independent living community for active seniors in Franklin, is seeking a Maintenance Person! This position is full time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
 
About the Position:
Our Maintenance Person assures maintenance of the community, including the building’s exterior and interior, grounds, walkways, driveways, and parking lot. The Maintenance Person performs preventative maintenance duties on an ongoing and as needed basis. This essential member of our team completes emergency preparation and response duties as well as, hazard communication duties. The successful candidate for this position have at least one year of prior maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and wall repairs. Our ideal candidate must have a passion for seniors.
