What You'll Do:

Requirements:
EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.</li>
<li>Must have excellent computer skills, experience with standard software packages, including Microsoft Office/Outlook.</li>
<li>Must have experience with job scheduling; must be able to read and clearly understand blueprints and construction intent.</li>
<li>Must have a clean driving record and must be willing to travel.</li>
<li> Any of the following markets: retail, restaurant, banking, education</li>
<li> Office Tenant Improvement, and/or small ground-ups, and/or Hospitality projects, 1M-10M project size construction experience.</li>
<li>MUST reside New England (Greater Boston area is ideal)</li>

All licensed techs are supplied with a company vehicle to take home and head straight to the site most days.

- Performing routine Testing and Inspections of fire alarm, fire pump, and sprinklers
- Identify and correct code violations
- Maintain accurate records of inspections - Troubleshooting, Repairs, Installations, Maintenance - Communicating with clients, co-workers, inspectors, and management - Team environment, professional appearance, and positive attitude - Working a minimum of 40 hours - Flexible On-Call Rotation – Excellent Money Incentives - Mass driver's license
