POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Associate Executive Director of School Age Child Care this position will assist in EEC and DPH Licensing &amp; Compliance, Staff Development &amp; Training and Communication with Families &amp; Schools. 
 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: this relates to both School Age Sites and Summer Camps
Licensing &amp; Compliance 
<ul>
<li>Oversee the licensing(new and renewals)of each site and summer camp. This includes working with City departments to get the needed inspection certificates required for each license</li>
<li>Serve as the primary lead to with the Early Education and Care (EEC)and the Department of Health (DPH) in obtaining new and renewed site licenses</li>
<li>Maintain all documentation required for new and renewed license</li>
<li>Assist in creating and maintaining the staff files for both the sites and summer camps</li>
<li>Work with the EEC and DPH during their audit of the files</li>
<li>Visit the sites with the Site Director and assist in monitoring compliance with the EEC and DPH</li>
<li>Liaison to the Health Care Consultant in getting their agreement renewed each year</li>
