<li>Coordinate and manage sales and leasing activity, acting as a resource for more junior brokers and serving a QC function</li>
<li>Compile property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments</li>
<li>Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP) and review RFP responses</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Extensively detail-oriented and organized</li>
<li>Ability to make sound judgments based on imperfect information</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office software</li>
<li>Valid real estate license in RI</li>
<li>5 - 10 years of&nbsp;commercial real estate experience</li>
<li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Self-motivated and goal-oriented</li>
