<li>Maintain commercial/industrial property components including but not limited to dock plates, overhead doors, fire pumps, fire suppression systems, HVAC filter &amp; belt maintenance, domestic water systems, snow scraping devices, roofs and similar structures, UST/AST and delivery systems, truck./car and man gates and fencing, painting, cleaning, etc.</li>
<li>Maintain company property grounds which may include but not limited to lawn care, landscaping, asphaltic and concrete surfaces, snow plowing/shoveling</li>
<li>Willingness/ability to operate forklifts, aerial work platforms and other operating equipment</li>
<li>Willingness/ability to perform property/facility visual inspections to include fire suppression devices, lighting, ingress/egress, OSHA</li>
<li>Willingness/ability to answer/respond to after-hours/emergency calls at responsible property locations</li>
<li>Willingness/ability to work in conjunction and/or supervise vendor managed performance, in a support role</li>
<li>Maintain and organize files/documentation for applicable facilities in paper or electronic format</li>
</ul>
To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following: 
<ul>
<li>HS diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Clean, verifiable driving record (MVR)</li>
<li>Self-Motivated, Self-Starter</li>
<li>Verifiable skills in Facilities Maintenance arena</li>
<li>Skills required include mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, welding</li>
<li>Experience with gas/oil burners and hydraulics are beneficial</li>
<li>Willing/able to travel to other ADP facilities, as requested</li>
<li>Experience in Forklift repair and service</li>
<li>Ability to use to use technology devices such as MS Windows based PC's, laptops or similar, as well as Apple or Android type handheld devices such as iPhone, iPad, or similar devices</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; MS Office experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint</li>
</ul>
Physical Demands:
<ul>
<li>Must be able to lift 50+ lbs</li>
<li>Must be able to walk long distances, over diverse terrain, for long periods</li>
<li>Must be able to climb ladders, work at height, or roofs when required</li>
<li>Sitting at desk for long periods of time</li>
<li>Viewing PC monitor and using keyboard for long periods of time</li>
<li>Using telephone</li>
