Role and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Safely lead, delegate, and prioritize tasks for maintenance technicians and mechanics in a multi-shift operation</li>
<li>Train, coach and develop a cohesive team that promotes continuous improvement, problem solving techniques and root cause counter measures (RCCM)</li>
<li>Utilize problem solving techniques, teamwork building strategies and process control to meet or exceed KPIs</li>
<li>Interface with vendors to plan, schedule and complete necessary projects</li>
<li>Manage maintenance spend and work within maintenance general ledger budgets</li>
<li>Understand PLC’s, control systems, relays, input/output modules, fuses, circuit breakers, VFD’s, inverters, transformers, switches, safety circuits, thermos overloads, AC/DC motors, and power distribution</li>
<li>Logically report equipment failures and analyze data to increase performance and reliability</li>
<li>Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic and hydraulics schematics</li>
<li>Understand the theory and operation of automated systems: homing routines, I/O status, servo systems, control architecture</li>
<li>Utilize SAP for reporting, KPIs, preventative maintenance tasks and workflow scheduling</li>

Position Summary
The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of their assigned program within our New Way/ ABI division. They will work under the direction of the Program Coordinator to uphold the highest standard for all people receiving services. 
Pay Rate: $21.50 an hour
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday &amp; Friday 12pm-8pm, Thursday 9am-5pm, Saturday 8am-4pm (40h)
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Shift set up and planning through the use of effective communication, shift-planning sheets and regular updates with the Floating Supervisor.</li>
<li>Maintaining program scheduling and ensuring staffing ratios are adequate at all times.</li>
<li>Monitor substance counts, medication ordering, posting and verifying of medications.</li>
<li>Monitoring of money counts, petty cash and check requests with the oversight of the Program Coordinator.</li>
<li>Work with the program coordinator to hire, onboard, and train new employees.</li>
<li>Monitor daily tracking for medications, ISP goal tracking, behavior tracking, and mobility exercise.</li>
<li>Ensure that all medical appointments, therapies, visiting nurse appointments and community dates are met.</li>
<li> Model positive participant engagement and advocacy while balancing direct support and opportunities for independence.</li>
<li>Reports of all maintenance issues as appropriate to the Program Coordinator.</li>
