Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Director of Programs for Report for the World (RFW) to lead day-to-day operations, deliver excellent people management and teamwork, ensure efficient administration, accurate invoicing and billing, and effective coordination across regions. This role is critical to the success of our program and requires a strong operational mindset, attention to detail, and experience managing distributed global teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Management

Work with the executive director (ED) to translate Report for the World's strategy into actionable work plans with clear objectives, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Develop and maintain systems for tracking program performance, deliverables, and outcomes.

The Emergency Residence (ER) is a six-month residential program that supports homeless young adults working towards becoming housed, completing their education, gaining, and maintaining employment, building up their savings, and accessing appropriate physical and behavioral healthcare. The Welcome Center (WC) is a multi-functional program that supports homeless young adults (ages 18- 24) using a cooperative approach to service delivery coordinated through its Day program and Overnight Shelter program.
Bridge is seeking a qualified Manager to supervise the day-to-day operations and full scope of services offered by the ER and WC programs. Expectations of the role include availability to work 2p.m. to 10:00 p.m. or 3p.m. to 11:00 p.m., including&nbsp;(2 weekend shifts per month) weekend coverage
POSITION SUMMARY
The ER/ WC Manager reports to the Associate Director of the Emergency Residence and Welcome Center and is responsible for supervising the day-to-day functioning of the Emergency Residence (ER) and Welcome Center (WC) programs, including supervision of the milieu(s), the delivery of case management services, and maintaining accurate records and case files.
As the Program Manager, you will spend 75% (30 hours per week) of your daily working hours (or as needed) in the milieu, participating in and supervising the staff’s delivery of services to participants utilizing the programs.
The position requires a high degree of initiative and independent judgment. The Program Manager will continually assess and direct a wide range of programmatic issues including staffing, managing, and analyzing the internal workflow, maintaining databases, communicating with staff and residents, transitioning residents in and out of the programs, monitoring residents’ progress, and managing internal and external program relations. The Program Manager also serves as the primary contact for internal/external partners, counselors for clients when needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The children are either at the beginning or end of their day and caring staff can make all the difference to a child during those important before and after school hours. Your goal each day should be to check in with each child, even if it's just to say hello. Children look up to our Team Members as role models and we want you to make a difference! <li>Our off-site School Age Program is located in the Underhill School</li>
<li>Hours vary between 6:45-9am and/or 1-6pm Monday thru Friday</li>
<li>Flexible scheduling!</li>

 Duties 
<ul>
<li>Greet children </li>
<li>Interacting with all children throughout the day </li>
<li>Follow daily task from the Site Director </li>
<li>Clean when needed</li>
<li>Supervise children under the supervision of the Site Director or Group Leader</li>
<li>Help serve snack </li>
<li>Help organize gym games/crafts</li>
</ul>
 Requirements Must be at least 15 years of age Nice To Haves

<li>Some experience with school age children </li>
<li>CPR/First Aid Certification</li>
<li>Babysitting Course Certification</li>
