Responsibilities:

<li>Correctly mounts, dismounts, balancing, and repair of passenger and light truck tires.</li>
<li>Properly perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.</li>
<li>Properly perform and document vehicle safety inspections.</li>
<li>Perform unsupervised diagnosis and repairs of vehicles including, but not limited to, maintenance, brake, steering, suspension, heating and cooling systems, alignment, and light tune-ups utilizing automotive tools, equipment, and software (i.e., VAST, Automotive PC programs). </li>
<li>Produce accurate repair estimates on customer vehicles.</li>
<li>Work with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards are met.</li>
<li>Properly adhere to safety and environmental standards, including maintaining a neat and clean work area by properly disposing of all waste products.</li>
<li>Communicate with customers and sales staff in understandable terms about the repairs needed to the vehicle and the value of the repairs.</li>
<li>Adheres to internal controls, policies, and procedures.</li>

Education/Experience:

In this vital role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for various positions within our home care services.  Responsibilities

<li>Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for home care positions.</li>
<li>Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.</li>
<li>Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a diverse candidate pool.</li>
<li>Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.</li>
<li>Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.</li>
<li>Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates throughout the process.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and manage the applicant tracking system.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and home care services.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or home care sector.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and team members.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.</li>
<li>Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li>
