Ensures that program areas are safe, well-ventilated, and well lit; and that Club equipment is maintained in a good working condition. 4.Ensures the evaluation of Club programs continually, including tracking outcome metrics; verifies that programs/activities respond to member needs and addresses their gender and cultural diversity. 5.Responsible for documenting any problems or issues that may arise on a day-to-day basis through the use of injury/incident reports. 6.Responsible for communicating with child care licensing and DCYF when applicable. 7.Participates in special programs and/or events such as all-staff training days. 8.Participates in staff meetings. 9.Facilitates open and effective, professional verbal and written communication with families, staff, and members. 10.Other duties as assigned. 
 Requirements A group leader in a school-age program shall be at least 17 years of age, and have one of the following: -Experience working with school-age children, totaling 600 hours; -Documentation of at least 3 credits in child development, education, recreation, or other field of study focused on children, awarded by an accredited college or university; -Documentation that she or he is a certified coach; -Documentation of 5 years of parenting experience; or 
-Documentation form or on file with the department that she or he was qualified and employed as a group leader in a school-age program on or before the adoption of these rules in 2022. 
·Employees who are 19 years of age may be assigned to the senior program. 
·Knowledge of youth development. 
·Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems. 
·Ability to communicate with parents/guardians.

Primary Purpose of Position
This person will supervise an operations crew charged with responsibility for safely operating a liquefied natural gas (LNG) import and distribution terminal.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities

Provides leadership and guidance to liquefied natural gas (LNG) operations crew in a 12-hour daily rotational shift environment, including holidays, weekends, and nights.

The Equipment Operator A is responsible for the safe and efficient operational shift activities for the&nbsp;Medway and Framingham generating stations.&nbsp;&nbsp;The facilities are highlighted by 2 GE LMS 100 Quick Start 100MW nominal units. The units possess the highest efficiency for simple cycles gas turbines in the world. The existing Equipment at Medway includes three oil fired Rolls Royce Avon &amp;ldquoQuad Units&amp;rdquo each rated at 60 MW. The Framingham units are 3 oil fired Rolls Royce engines each rated at 15 MW.
The title, Equipment Operator A, designates employees, who under direct and general supervision, operate CT&amp;rsquos and all station auxiliary equipment in a safe and efficient manner within the limits of his/her ability by virtue of his/her license and training.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Uses a pneumatic nail gun to repair or assemble pallets. In a repair department places pallet on repair table, removes defective boards, replaces new boards, and nails replaced boards into place. In an assembly department takes stock boards and nails together based on type of pallet desired. Responsible for troubleshooting jams and basic maintenance of the saw.
Work requires operator to stand for long periods of time. Operators must be able to repeatedly lift a pallet weighing 50-75 lbs. Nail guns must be operated with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Repair Operators must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Repair Operators must also be able to concentrate on their tasks. The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential.
Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
PREFERRED SKILLS
2+ years previous experience working in an industrial, fast moving setting with industrial machinery.

•Must possess a safe driving record and submit a copy of such record to either the Operations Director or human resources department. 
•Required to assist in cleaning and organizing the Club. 
•Must maintain confidentiality. 
•Must be willing to travel between locations when requested. (Only occasional travel is required)
