Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Monitors PD Service Change Log to ensure compliance and accuracy. </li>
<li>Identifies client authorization and schedule with caregivers of appropriate skill level. </li>
<li>Confirms all schedules, including any changes with clients, ASAP case manager and or designee.</li>
<li>Ensure nursing intros and orientations are scheduled appropriately.</li>
<li>Report changes in status of clients including hospitalizations, suspensions, transfers out of geographic area, nursing home placements, vacations, etc. to the appropriate party, including your supervisor, case manager, emergency contact or nurse assigned to client.</li>
<li>Coach caregivers in the moment regarding tardiness, missed shifts, dress code, client concerns, etc., documents findings and escalate appropriately. </li>
<li>Communicates with nursing team and supervisor regarding client and or caregiver needs.</li>
<li>Participate in recruitment or on boarding activities including communicating staffing needs.</li>
<li>Provides rotating night and weekend on call coverage as needed/assigned by supervisor. </li>

The Rental Technician provides excellent customer service while assisting guests interested in renting equipment. This position accepts payment, assists in boot fitting, mounts and adjust ski and snowboard equipment to manufacturer guidelines and assists in inventory control/management as well as the following essential duties and responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)
<ul>
<li>Greets and assists customers with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.</li>
<li>Works with customers to determine equipment needs, date needed, quantity, style, and size.</li>
<li>Shows customers available or appropriate equipment. </li>
<li>Reviews rental and others fees to customer.</li>
<li>Obtains suitable identification and deposit as security from customer.</li>
<li>Computes rental charge and tax for customer.</li>
<li>Collects payment from customer for services.</li>
<li>Examines equipment for damages and designates equipment for cleaning or repair. </li>
<li>Ensures proper fit for customer of all necessary equipment and adjusts to manufactures guidelines. </li>
<li>Returns cleaned or repaired equipment to stock.</li>
</ul>
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>Must have the ability to operator a Point of Sale system and basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel</li>
<li>Must be certified in any and all manufacturer or other company’s required binding certifications</li>
