Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Medical Assistant will support physicians and other healthcare professionals by performing administrative and clinical tasks to ensure efficient patient care and smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and prepare patients for examination
- Room patients and document all vital information accurately.
- Assist with medical procedures and examinations
- Scribe essential information for providers.
- Ensure exam rooms are clean and adequately stocked with necessary supplies.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Either completion of a Medical Assistant program with a minimum of 6 months working for a practice OR Associate's or Bachelor's in a scientific discipline with a interest in patient care.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Exeter, NH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
