Compensation:
$26 - $28 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing locks, repairing drywall, and updating outlets.
- Execute general carpentry work and troubleshoot basic issues effectively.
- Collaborate with contractors to finalize projects and conduct property inspections.
- Coordinate efficiently with supervisors and other maintenance personnel.
- Ensure clear communication with upper management and keep task updates in the management system.
- Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by upper management.
Qualifications:
- Experience with facilities/property management or a similar field.
- A basic understanding of routine maintenance processes is preferred for this role.
- Proficiency in utilizing maintenance tools is necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A reliable vehicle and cell phone are essential for this position.
