This role involves handling insurance defense litigation, general liability, and professional liability matters, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation while representing insurers and insureds in state and federal courts. Salary range: $120,000-$150,000+ contingent on experience

Active Massachusetts Bar admission in good standing
3+ years of experience handling insurance defense or civil litigation matters
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience managing cases independently from inception through resolution
Ability to work effectively with clients, adjusters, and litigation teams Responsibilities
Handle a full caseload of insurance defense litigation matters
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement evaluations
Conduct and defend depositions and participate in mediations
Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials
