Compensation:

$102,500 - $189,400 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Utilize our comprehensive training program to master lead generation and prospecting techniques.
  • Collaborate with experienced mentors to refine your skills and grow your real estate knowledge.
  • Manage your schedule effectively to balance client meetings, property showings, and administrative tasks.
  • Stay informed about local market trends to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Leverage our tools and resources to convert pre-qualified leads into successful sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
