Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Rochester, NH, requiring 2+ years of hospital-based CT experience and active NH licensure.
Details
- CT Scan department in an acute care hospital setting
- 12-hour day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Weekday shifts with call coverage and rotating weekends
- Approximately 30–40 procedures performed per day
- Procedures include CT scans, stroke imaging, biopsies, and X-ray
- Uses GE CT scanners
- Documentation via Meditech and Sectra PACS
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of CT experience in a hospital setting
- Active NH license required if applicable
- ARRT-CT certification required
- Current BLS (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
- IV therapy experience required
- Stroke imaging experience required
- Familiarity with GE CT scanners required
- Proficiency with biopsies and X-ray required
- Must have active experience within the last 6 months in the CT Tech role
- US SSN and DOB required for consideration
- One professional reference required
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Additional Information
- Perform CT scans including stroke protocols, CT-guided biopsies, and X-ray imaging
- Protocols and guidelines are available on site
- All time-off requests require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice
- Personal or hospital-provided scrubs are acceptable
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
