Title: Full Time Maintenance Supervisor

Job location: Holyoke, MA

Property management company seeks maintenance supervisor for local apartment complexes.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

The Maintenance Supervisor will train, manage and supervise maintenance and janitor staff. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a maintenance department.

Assisting the Property Manager to maintain the physical condition of property. Ensuring timely repairs and completion of maintenance activities and responding to emergency maintenance requests.

Job Requirement:

The maintenance supervisor must have two years of building maintenance experience including plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, electrical, appliance repairs and unit turnover. Reliable vehicle and own hand tools required. Drug and background check mandatory.

Salary Range: $52,000 - $75,000 plus bonus
