Job DescriptionAttorney - Corporate / Real Estate Transactions Established (100+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Corporate/Real Estate Associate for Corporate and Real Estate Transactions in Boston, Massachusetts An established firm based in Boston, Massachusetts with over 100+ years in practice is seeking a Corporate/Real Estate Associate with 3 years of experience to join their team onsite. This role involves handling corporate transactions, commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, and related due diligence, while working closely with sophisticated clients across a range of industries. Offer:
Salary range: $180,000-$240,000+, contingent on experience

Admission to the Massachusetts Bar or ability to waive in
Three years of experience handling corporate and real estate transactional matters
Experience with commercial purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and financing transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and work directly with clients Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate corporate and commercial real estate agreements including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
Conduct and oversee due diligence for corporate and real estate transactions
Advise clients on transactional structure and risk management issues
Collaborate with partners and other associates on complex transactions
