About the Role: Licensed Contractor needed by 11/17/2025 Must be INSURED 5 Man crew set up a 3000sq ft home (Panelized).
426 Ingram Ct LLC is a licensed general contractor specializing in residential and light-commercial construction throughout the East Coast. We are now hiring eight Lead Men to travel with our crews and take leadership roles on multiple active job sites.
The Lead Man will assist the Foreman in managing daily field operations, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards. This is a hands-on position with company-paid lodging and daily per diem while traveling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct framing and construction crews on site
- Maintain job site safety, organization, and efficiency
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project layouts
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
- Travel with crews to projects across the East Coast (lodging & per diem provided)
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of construction or framing experience
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to multiple states as projects demand
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
