We are seeking a dependable and hard-working Seasonal Grounds Cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our client's outdoor property. This is a hands-on, outdoor position perfect for someone who enjoys working outside and takes pride in keeping the grounds clean and inviting for residents and visitors.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
  
• 4 hours per day (typically mornings)
  
• Seasonal position (start/end dates flexible based on weather and property needs)

Requirements:Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up litter and debris from common outdoor areas, parking lots, sidewalks, and landscaped spaces
  
• Empty outdoor trash bins and replace liners as needed
  
• Sweep walkways, entries, and other high-traffic areas
  
• Report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management
  
• Assist with light seasonal tasks such as raking leaves or removing small debris
  
• Maintain cleanliness around dumpsters and ensure surrounding areas are tidy
  
• Perform other general outdoor cleaning duties as assigned
  

Qualifications:

• Must enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions
  
• Ability to walk, bend, lift (up to 30 lbs), and be on your feet for extended periods
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  
• Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
