Established 45+ Years Premier Firm Seeking Of Counsel for their growing Corporate Transactions & M&A Practice in Boston, MA!
An established firm based in Boston, MA with over 45+ years in practice is seeking an Attorney with 7-10+ years of experience in Corporate/Business Transactions and M&A to join their Boston team in a hybrid capacity! This role centers on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital financings, joint ventures, and complex commercial transactions, representing public and private companies, multinational corporations, family-owned businesses, private equity buyout firms, and institutional investors throughout every phase of the deal lifecycle.
The position offers a defined partnership track with sophisticated transactional work, direct client leadership, and cross-disciplinary collaboration across the firm's full-service platform.

Salary range: $185,000-$250,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
Possesses 7-10+ years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm or comparable in-house setting
Admitted to practice in Massachusetts and in good standing
Holds substantial background handling M&A, private equity, venture capital financings, or business finance transactions
Brings demonstrated experience leading transactions from term sheet through closing
Maintains established client relationships or a portable book of business suitable for partnership consideration
Earned a JD from an accredited law school
Demonstrates exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint venture transactions for public and private company clients
Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, financing documents, equity arrangements, and related transactional documents
Advise clients on corporate governance, business formation, capital structure, and exit strategies
Conduct due diligence and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams across tax, employment, ERISA, real estate, immigration, and regulatory matters
Serve as primary deal counsel for sophisticated business clients including startups, multinational corporations, private equity firms, and institutional investors
Mentor junior associates and contribute to business development initiatives as part of the firm's partnership track
