Salary: $70,000–$80,000 + bonus potential
Summary
We’re hiring a Spanish-speaking HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in a busy food manufacturing facility of 175 employees. This role focuses on HR administration, translation support, employee documentation, and coordination of key programs like safety, training, and recognition events. You’ll work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth plant operations while helping bridge communication across departments. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being on the floor, staying organized, and keeping things running behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support HR operations by maintaining personnel records, benefits documentation, and internal reports
- Translate and communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates to Spanish-speaking employees
- Assist with coordinating orientation paperwork, onboarding checklists, and training materials
- Help plan and execute employee programs like safety meetings, service awards, and wellness activities
- Maintain bulletin boards, ID badges, and access control lists
- Coordinate with outside vendors for uniforms, laundry, and safety gear
- Track employee forms and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal processes
- Help prepare and review payroll-related changes in coordination with corporate payroll
- Serve as a point of contact for employees who need assistance with HR paperwork or processes
- Act as HR backup for safety, SQF, or food defense documentation in the HR Manager’s absence
What You Bring
- BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- 1+ years of experience in HR, HR administration, HR Generalist or a HR manufacturing support role
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Prior experience with hourly workforce support or HR clerical duties is a plus
