Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care using the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN coordinates and delivers high-quality, evidence-based care in collaboration with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This role reports to the Nurse Manager/Director and adheres to all organizational and departmental policies.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
Active Massachusetts RN license
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong clinical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
