The Housing Placement Supervisor (HPS) oversees a team of Case Managers responsible for supporting shelter guests in accessing safe, affordable, and permanent housing. This position provides direct supervision, coaching, and training to staff delivering pre-housing case management and housing navigation services, ensuring alignment with best practices such as Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Trauma-Informed Care.
The HPS will work collaboratively across the agency to make actionable decisions on client enrollment and individual service plans that will lead to rapid, safe, affordable housing with the supports necessary to retain achieved housing. The Housing Placement Supervisor will work within a best practice framework of Harm Reduction, Trauma-Informed Care and Housing First and ensures exceptional customer service. 
The HPS monitors service quality, ensures accurate and timely data entry into our homeless management information system (HMIS), and collaborates across departments to meet housing placement goals. This role also supports program development, policy implementation, and community partnership engagement, helping to eliminate barriers to housing and improve client outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing (Your Responsibilities) 
<ol>
<li>Manages a portfolio of assigned loans including maintaining credit and legal files, quality control of loan closings, loan documents, system booking and credit file maintenance.</li>
<li>Provides portfolio management, tracking reporting and file maintenance including tracking financial statements and completing annual reviews, covenant compliance, UCC and insurance expirations, and payment performance.</li>
<li>Prepares/tracks/renews the following items as required; loan rate reset dates, loan funding requests, UCC expiration, hazard insurance, flood insurance, internal commercial servicing requirements, participation reconcilements and remittances, and financial covenants.</li>
<li>Tracks and ensures Annual Reviews for all loans are completed in a timely manner either by a third party, Underwriting, or preparation of short form reviews in accordance with policy.</li>
<li>Prepares documents for loan renewals, orders and tracks documents required to complete the loan file, including flood and general insurance, appraisals, loan disclosures and compliance.</li>
<li>Supports the growth and development of the assigned commercial lending loan portfolio by effectively managing member loans and relationships.</li>
<li>Establishes and maintains relationships with current members. Leverages customer knowledge to proactively identify and recommend opportunities to cross-sell additional loan and non-credit products to members.</li>
<li>Works with members to extend, modify and/or restructure existing loans as needed. Assists in resolving credit problems, delinquent payment issues and other related affairs.</li>
<li>Administers the lending process to conclusion including assisting with loan applications and packages, submission to underwriting, tracking, regulatory disclosures, compliance, and loan document preparation.</li>
<li>Reviews loan applications for completeness prior to submission to VP, Head of Commercial Lending and internal or external Underwriting for review. </li>
<li>Conducts pre-closing document review, reviews documents for accuracy and compliance with Loan Approval Memorandum and Commitment Letter terms and conditions.</li>
<li>Assists lenders in preparation for closings, including ordering and reviewing legal and lien information from the Secretary of State. Prepares loan documents for closings and coordinates R/E closings with attorneys as appropriate.</li>
<li>Conducts site visits (as needed with Loan Officer) and prepares site visit reports for loans in assigned portfolio.</li>
<li>Ensures adherence to Credit policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Participates in evaluating risk ratings and makes recommendations for revisions.</li>
<li>Interfaces with third-party underwriters and commercial loan servicers.</li>
<li>Manages the quality control and maintenance of Credit and Legal files in assigned portfolio.</li>

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing the service operations of the apartment community. This includes meeting with and presenting various recommendations to owners and senior leadership, developing scopes of work, managing capital projects of all types, managing vendor relations, and analyzing properties with respect to capital needs, budgeting, and maintenance. This position is also responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and management of the onsite maintenance staff.
 
Responsibilities

<li>Support the property in daily operational matters to ensure that the properties needs are met and that the JSR’s standards are upheld</li>
<li>Forecast expense needs and contribute to the annual budget planning and long-term capital planning</li>
<li>Manage the financial performance of the property in accordance with the established budget</li>
<li>Identify areas for improvement and communicate suggestions to improve efficiency, expense savings, productivity, and revenue generating ideas</li>
<li>Report difficulties such as employee performance, financial liability, and asset conditions that may place property operations in jeopardy</li>
<li>Resolve problems and escalate to the attention of Community Manager or Senior Management when necessary</li>
