We are searching for a highly organized team player who demonstrates a commitment to providing excellent customer care, exhibits exceptional communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional time management skills are necessary for this position. Applicant must possess a positive outlook, excellent phone skills and problem solving capabilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones, data entry, resolving customer inquiries, inventory management and assisting the production and warehouse departments. Strong office computer skills are required including database management. Publishing experience a plus but will train the right candidate.
