Thriveworks is currently seeking individuals pursuing&nbsp;Massachusetts Licensure as an LICSW in Framingham, MA to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. This role is eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ hours of availability per week.

What We’re Looking For &nbsp;We’re hiring provisionally licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are ready to make a difference and grow with us. We’re especially interested in:

Full-time availability (30 hours/week – 25+ client visits with 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings).
</li>
<li>
Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)
</li>
<li>
Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team

<li>
Strong character matters — we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care
</li>
<li>
Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location.&nbsp; Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
Must live and be seeking licensure in the state where services are provided
</li>
<li>
A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
</li>
<li>
Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required
</li>
<li>
Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor. &nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
Compensation: &nbsp;Up to $73,700 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.&nbsp;
