ASSOCIATE TELEPHONE OPERATOR

The Hatfield Rally House is a brand-new, climate-controlled 58,000 sq. ft. indoor tennis and pickleball facility opening in November 2025. We serve athletes of all ages and skill levels with a variety of offerings including court rentals, lessons, leagues, and tournaments. We’re building a welcoming, energetic environment where great service and great sports go hand-in-hand.&nbsp;
Position Overview As Front Desk Staff, you’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests. You’ll help manage daily check-ins, answer inquiries, handle reservations, and support the overall customer experience. We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and tech-savvy team players who are passionate about sports, fitness, and excellent service.&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities&nbsp;
• Greet and check in members and guests in a friendly, professional manner&nbsp;
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide information about programs, bookings, and memberships&nbsp;
• Assist with court reservations, event sign-ups, and POS transactions&nbsp;
• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized&nbsp;
• Open or close the facility depending on shift assignment&nbsp;
• Monitor activity and enforce facility rules and safety policies&nbsp;
• Support staff and coaches during events, clinics, and tournaments&nbsp;
• Assist with basic administrative duties as assigned Qualifications&nbsp;
• Customer service or front desk experience preferred&nbsp;
• Comfortable with computers, reservation systems, and payment processing&nbsp;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills&nbsp;
• Friendly, team-oriented, and dependable&nbsp;
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment&nbsp;
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends&nbsp;
• Must be 18 years or older&nbsp;
Plus if You Have&nbsp;
• Experience in a sports or recreation environment&nbsp;
• Knowledge of tennis or pickleball&nbsp;
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified)&nbsp;

Pay Range
$16-$18/hour depending on experience
