Position Overview As Front Desk Staff, you’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests. You’ll help manage daily check-ins, answer inquiries, handle reservations, and support the overall customer experience. We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and tech-savvy team players who are passionate about sports, fitness, and excellent service.&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities&nbsp;
• Greet and check in members and guests in a friendly, professional manner&nbsp;
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide information about programs, bookings, and memberships&nbsp;
• Assist with court reservations, event sign-ups, and POS transactions&nbsp;
• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized&nbsp;
• Open or close the facility depending on shift assignment&nbsp;
