Administrative Assistant at Town Hall
Varied responsibilities include secretarial and receptionist services, providing customer service assistance for a variety of Town services, maintaining and updating filing system, revenue collection for Tax Collector and other Town Departments, liaison to Building Inspector and land use boards, and general support for our various Town Boards, Committees, and Departments. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess excellent professional, communication, and organizations skills, have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, be proficient in Microsoft Office, handle multiple tasks, shift priorities, and meet deadlines.
A high school diploma or equivalent, plus at least one year of municipal office experience and/or training is required. This is a full-time position with an excellent benefit package; salary commensurate with experience.
