Job Summary: The Technical Program Manager reports to the Executive Management and is responsible for identifying customer needs and driving customer engagements. This role develops and executes action plans to improve customer satisfaction while promoting our products & brand reputation to customers. This is a technical, customer facing position that focuses on business growth through satisfaction of customers. Our program managers liaison between sales/customers and Harbor engineering to find solutions and will improve product knowledge on both sides along the way.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serve as the liaison between customers and the engineering/manufacturing teams.
Interact with customers to discuss technical requirements to gain better understanding of customer needs, test challenges and our product positioning.
Keep up with day-to-day activities and manage long-term goals in a fast-paced environment.
Deliver a continuous value proposition message to customers.
Assist with defining strategies for future product development.
Work with project managers to meet customer expectations and manage crisis intervention.
Organize customer engagements, product technical presentations and aid the sales team with information for commercial negotiations.
Other duties as assigned.
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering (or Business with relevant industry experience)
- Must have experience in semiconductor test (ATE)
- Preferred understanding of printed circuit board design/manufacturing
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work at remote locations
- Up to 33% travel requirement
